Contributions must be submitted electronically by 15th July 2003 from the submission website . Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection on 1 August 2003.
Submissions should include the author's full name, address, contact information, a 100-word abstract and keywords, an extended abstract describing original research in no more than 8 pages, and, optionally, an appendix with more details to be read/consulted at the discretion of the Program Committee.
It is expected that accepted papers will be presented at the
workshop. Simultaneous submission to other conferences with published
proceedings is not allowed. However, papers may be submitted jointly to
the main EQIS'03 conference and this satellite conference, as described
on the submission website.
Submissions after 15 July may be considered at the discretion of the Program Commitee, but cannot be promised as careful consideration as pre-deadline submssions. Persons having a good reason to miss the 15 July deadline should discuss it with a member of the program committee well before 15 July, and should submit at least a title and abstract before the deadline. Although the submission website is the preferred and most reliable means of submission, persons unable to use the submission website, for example because of limited computer facilities, may email their submission to the PC chair, bennetc@watson.ibm.com , and we will manually add it to the database.
